WARNING Will Robinson!” Okay, well I know that's not an exact quote from the Lost in Space 1965-1968 TV series or the 1998 movie. Nevertheless, be forewarned, Dear Reader, because a few of the photographs in this Blogart contain nudity. The remainder are of my usual suspects, people captured on the streets of Nola.
Bare as You Dare was the motto of the Sixteenth Annual World Naked World Bike Ride in New Orleans on June 8th. If you're interested in buff biking through the most unusual city in the United States, this event is for you. Ostensibly, it is designed to cultivate a body-positive and environmentally-cleaner world; its ultimate mission is to be a safe haven for individuals across the globe who desire to make the world they live in a little brighter or, as I say, a little lighter.
Demonstrating the joie-de-vivre of this conventionally unbound city, one of the female riders noticed me making a photo as she was passing. She enthusiatically waved at me to make certain I looked at her and then did a scarecrow pose with only her shoes on. We both got a good laugh! This photograph is NOT in the images, if you’d like to see it, email me and I will send you a low-resolution image.
Hope you enjoy this latest Blogart. If you do please “like” and “comment”.
